Planned activities from 6/5/23 - 6/9/23 include the following:

• Complete disposal activities on remaining ACM debris.  Load-out and delivery to landfill should be completed by 6/6/23 early afternoon.  
• Total count as of 6/5/23 of ACM approximately 1300 tons transported to landfill.  Remaining amount estimated to be < 3% of original pile.
• Begin backfill on footprint area of hotel.  Expected completion on Thursday 6/8/23
• Breakdown fencing, & other demobilization activities to occur at various times through the week.  Leave site anticipated to be Thursday 6/8/23. 

Planned activities from 5/29/23 to 6/3/23 include the following:

• Continue to move ACM from waste pile for transport to Shelby Landfill 30 miles east of Cutbank.  Total count as of 5/29/23 of ACM approximately 640 tons transported to landfill.  Remaining amount estimated to be < 35% of original pile.
• Continue to run air monitoring stations along perimeter of site activities outside of exclusion zone,
• Coordinate & send metal debris to recycling distribution center,
• Move ACM debris from basement area to staging area for landfill transport,
• Begin breakdown of cement foundation along perimeter of hotel to allow for backfill material,

Planned activities include:

Initiate transportation of ACM-contaminated waste off-site.  The transportation company will have trucks pick up the rolloff boxes and dispose of the waste at the Shelby landfill. 

Proposed activities include:

• Pre-wetting debris piles and interior walls of the remnants of the hotel addition.
• Glacier Electric Company (GEC) will stage a truck to hold up one of the low-hanging lines. 
• Remaining walls of hotel addition will be carefully pushed into the interior of the site perimeter, on top of existing debris. 
• The rolloff boxes at the site will be lined with 8-mil plastic liners and readied to receive the waste. 
• ACM-contaminated waste will be deposited in the lined rolloff boxes.  The rolloffs will be placarded and readied for transportation off-site beginning Monday, May 22, 2023.
