The" Compendium of Subject Matter References Relating to Abandoned Oil Wells," has been created by retired EPA Region IV  OSC Chuck Eger, CPG. Chuck wanted this posted so that OSC's would have a solid reference when addressing abandoned oil wells. Chuck has many years of experience plugging abandoned wells and wanted to share that knowledge.
