Since we had to cancel the call scheduled on the 12th due to lack of availability of many of us, we rescheduled the call for tomorrow, June 26th at 2 PM. We may run into a similar problem of availability due to furloughs, leaves and field work, etc., but I did get a enough responses for a quorum for today's call. The agenda is below:

Next CWA COR NAR WG call is June 12th, @ 2-3 PM - east coast time. Note different day of month (2nd Wed instead of first) and start time ( 2PM instead of 3) for June. Call-in number and passcode to follow in email next week. Please send me any comments on docs or action items that are due. I hope to have a draft doc for us to work on. The date for July conference call needs to be agreed upon due to the mandatory agency wide fulough day (July 5th) which may impact the availability of the 1st Wednesday of the month (July 3rd) for those who's compressed day is July 5th since their mandatory furlough day would be moved to the 3rd. Next call for the CWA Nat'l Preparedness WG will be on September 5th starting at 3 PM, east coast time. Call-in number and PIN will be forthcoming.
WG announcement 8/20/2012 Site Update
The CWA National Preparedness Work Group (WG) consists of OSC presentatives from all 10 Regions, as well as reps from NHSRC, ERT and CMAT. The WG will develop an operational guide, or playbook to provide a national approch to respond to a CWA incident. Additional guides, checklists or annexes may be developed to support the playbook. Current response assets, gaps and solutions to issues concerning EPA's response to CWAs will be determined, documented and addressed. The first kick-off teleconference was held August 14th, 2012. Monthly calls, on the 1st Wednesday of every month, from 3-4 PM, east coast time, are planned. This site on the epaosc.org website will be used to collect documents for review and to act as a focal point to disseminate tasks, action items and other information to support the WG.
